As automotive companies rethink what customers value most in today's digital world, they should create operating models that take advantage of new possibilities for competitive differentiation in areas such as connected vehicles and mobility services.
Nissan Motors world wide is currently undergoing digital transformation I was hired as a senior advisor to bring in my UI/UX expertise to lead a few CX and visual design projects like creating a comprehensive design library by exploring their brands guideline. It was an interesting experience as we crafted several corporate and consumer facing digital products for Nissan's team globally using the library later. I leaded and fundamentally contributed to Nissan 's digital consumer experience's team for revisiting car model selection process through a holistic redesign. The first prototype was launched and used for KSA market thereby letting us study user personas of car buyers deeply. This impacted in the creation of design processes for later consumption by other Nissan outlets globally which was very vital as a step for their digital transformation.
